Walnut Pesto

Ingredients for Pesto Sauce

4 cups of  fresh basil

1 cup of dry roasted walnuts, chopped

3 cloves of garlic

1 cup olive oil

1 tsp sea salt

1 1/2 tsp of lemon juice

Method

Combine all ingredients in a food processor, process until smooth.

    Love the Basil because mine is starting to get brown stems…what do you do with kale? I bought a bunch..sauteed it with garlic and olive oil and thought i was a little
    bland..any ideas?

      Try making kale chips, pour olive oil salt and pepper over the kale than bake it and get it crispy! So good!
